Ideally, I'd recommend a large space that allows you to bring your own food and drink - like a gallery. We have ours at a big bar, but then we can't bring our own drinks.

Hi - we just started a DALLAS Group & I tried to invite all the Austin members to be a part of our group in case you are available for a Dallas SLPS. We are trying to plan our first event & I would love to get any tips or suggestions on how you did yours. What worked, what didn't, etc. We have close to 35 members so could end up with approx 50 people. Good to do in private home or public space? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks, Marla
