On Sunday, November 6th, 2011, Slideluck Potshow is teaming up with FotoWeek DC for what promises to be a fantastic evening: Slideluck Potshow DC VI. Please join us for another delicious potluck and a riveting slideshow at FotoWeek Central!
Slideluck Potshow is a non-profit arts organization that provides an opportunity for artists and arts-appreciators to gather around food, friends, and artwork for an unforgettable night. The evening begins with a couple hours of mingling and dining on the home-cooked delights of those who attend, and then the lights are dimmed, the crowd is hushed, and a spectacular slideshow commences. Please help us kick-off FotoWeek with an engaging, unique and fun evening! Families and first-timers welcome and good times guaranteed.
The week of November 5-12, 2011 will mark the fourth edition of FotoWeek DC. FotoWeekDC has earned an international reputation as a premier photography Festival. Bold, provocative, and ambitious; the week-long and city-wide celebration of photography continues to break boundaries, open minds, and exceed expectations. Whether through photojournalism, fine art photography, or the work of emerging and established artists, we provide a dynamic, evocative, engaging experience for photographers, collectors, cultural institutions, galleries, curators, schools, area residents and tens of thousands of visitors to the Nation's Capital.
